RETURN: According to the Bulgarian State Standard-515-88-M12 (БДС-515-88-М12), the return guarantee period for our products is 30 days.

In case of a defect, the complaint is raised upon its discovery, but not later than the warranty period (30 days).

The costs of returning the product and re-sending it are borne by the customer. For a weight of up to 2 kg, the amount for the return is 8 EUR and 5 EUR for the shipment and 1.20 EUR for each kilogram of complaint. According to Article 120 of the Consumer Protection Law, regardless of the commercial guarantee, the seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the sales contract in accordance with this law.

In case the products you ordered do not meet your expectations, you can cancel the distance contract, in accordance with the terms of article 55 of the Consumer Protection Law. The costs of transporting the product in this case are borne by the customer. The returned product must be in its original packaging and with a label, must not be used and must not be damaged. The original documents with which it was received must be attached to the shipment - order and receipt.

The replacement is made, as we return to a bank account and you place a new order.

In case of incorrect use or intentional wear by the customer, no replacement or refund will be made! In case the shoes you received are not the size you want, you can return them and we will pay you the amount of the value to a bank account specified by you. The costs for the return are yours (8 EUR) and 5 EUR for shipping costs. Total 13 EUR

In case of returning the product without a receipt, the amount will not be refunded.

THE DEADLINE FOR RETURNING THE AMOUNT IS APPROXIMATELY 14 DAYS.
